Registration Options

To register for the walk, choose one of the two registration options:

	Register for the walk for a $10 registration fee.
	In addition to registering for the walk, you can also purchase a discounted $5 PSCH Walk to Wellness Walkathon T-shirt.  T-shirts purchased after registering will be $10 each.
