Accompany your African Feast with a specially selected WINE from Stellekaya. These wines are produced in South Africa by winemaker Ntsiki Biyela. Biyela was the country's first black female winemaker when she started out 6 years ago and has now established herself as an award-winning vintner.

	CABERNET SAUVIGNON 2006 An elegant full bodied cabernet with ripe silky soft tannins. Hints of cassis and abundant fruit flavors with smooth finish.		BOSCHETTO 2009 A zesty refreshing wine with great balance. Guava, pineapple and quince aromas compliment the lively, fresh yet complex palate that finishes with lingering sensation of tropical fruits and wild honey.
	CAPE CROSS 2005 A full bodied wine with succulent flavours and ripe chewy tannins. Raspberrries, mint appeal and sweet plum fruits give a good balance of the wine and wood characters.		HERCULES 2007 A medium bodied wine with some rustic character of a true Sangiovese. Plums and dry red fruits giving complexity and complementing the wine?s natural acidity. Enjoyable slightly chilled.
	Merlot 2007 A dark red full bodied wine with plums and blackcurrants. Sweet fruits balance the acidity, with soft hints of mulberry notes and well integrated tannins giving the wine round lingering finish.		Orion 2006 A full bodied Bordeaux styled blend with layers of black fruits and hints of truffles. A well structured wine with balance tannins and fruit to enhance the character of the wine.
