Committed to creating a network of reliable information, Karma411 allows Members to request a Fact Check of any Member's background. An independent, third-party organization performs the Fact Check, investigating the accuracy of the requested information, and reports its findings directly back to you.

Ordering a Fact Check

Ordering a Fact Check is easy. Simply go to a Member's profile and click on any Fact Check link. A Fact Check link appears next to work or education-related information when

1. The Member has provided a URL for the particular information (this helps us determine where to check the facts).
2. The Member has entered his date of birth into his profile (this ensures that we're checking facts on the right person). Note that the date of birth does not have to be public.

Each Fact Check costs $15.00, but if you order several at once using the "Check All" function, you'll save $2.50 per fact checked.

Can I check whether someone is as great a golfer as they claim?

At Karma411 we verify facts, not opinions, so a "Fact Check" link will only appear on an eligible profile next to work or education-related information for which a URL has been provided. All profiles that include the Member's date of birth are considered eligible.
